At Binho Board, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel and accessories must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
